Our service technicians are ABB Designated Service Suppliers. They’re factory trained and certified by ABB for on- and off-site service/repair, technical support, start-up and commissioning services as well as all warranty assessment and processing services.

I need warranty repair service for our Schneider Electric SCADApack. Does your service department do this?

Schneider Electric does their warranty repairs in house. SFC Energy can help you coordinate product warranty work with Schneider to make this process easier for you.

I’ve heard I’m supposed to do preventative maintenance on my EFOY Pro hybrid energy system. I thought the EFOY was maintenance free?

The EFOY is maintenance free, but there are other parts in the system that benefit from a simple maintenance. Annual preventative maintenance checks will provide you with trouble free system operations.

We have a VFD integrated system from SFC Energy. Does the service department look after the systems as well?

Absolutely. The service group is very familiar with how the production team packages the systems, so we’re in tune with how they’re put together. In many cases, our service team is even involved in testing the systems that go out to customers.

What if we need quick turn-around on our drive repair? Does the service team have to wait for parts to be shipped from the manufacturer?

SFC Energy carries an extensive inventory of drives and spare parts as well as components for our integration solutions to help us service your equipment as quickly as possible.
