We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist – EFOY

The Technical Sales Specialist – EFOY is responsible for supporting the commercial and technical execution of the SFC Energy Ltd EFOY fuel cell energy solution offering. The main objective of the role is to successfully market and manage all EFOY Products and Services that SFC represents in a courteous and professional manner. This position takes direction from the Product Manager – Energy.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Technology Certification • Business Development and/or Sales Account management experience preferred • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced customer-facing environment • Ability to prioritize key deliverables and multi-task as required • Fuel Cell and/or Solar Off-Grid power application and product knowledge is an asset • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM database

Role and Responsibilities:

Commercial: • Support BD/TSR team to develop business opportunities and build relationships with customers • Actively promote EFOY Methanol product line through customer presentations, training, tradeshows, and events • Prepare proposals for custom EFOY Pro Hybrid Energy Solutions • Maintain all internal and external tools used to support our EFOY Methanol business • Support the Marketing team to maintain and update all EFOY marketing content Technical: • Provide efficient and effective technical support to the Inside/Outside Sales and Marketing Departments • Answer technical inquiries on the EFOY Pro Methanol Hybrid solution(s) • Provide technical advisory on the sizing, set-up, installation, and operation of the EFOY Methanol product line • Guide and mentor the Inside Sales Team in preparing clear, complete, and concise solution proposals • Provide technical guidance to the Project Management Team to ensure the successful execution of in-house projects • Support SFC Energy Ltd Technical team in executing EFOY solution roadmap development(s) Key Attributes: • Team Player – strong team approach and ability to collaborate with peers and clients • Self-Starter – reliable professional who is self-motivated and driven to deliver results • Lifelong Learner – desire to learn how to integrate clean energy technologies into sustainable customer-driven solutions • Problem Solver – outside-the-box thinker with the ability to solve unique application challenges

Role Requirements

• Required to learn and know all technical specifications and commercial aspects of the EFOY Pro Methanol Hybrid Solutions offering and be able to communicate them effectively to internal and external stakeholders • Take an active role to support and follow SFCs policies, controls and procedures that are in place to meet our environmental objectives and to initiate continual improvement. • Maintain a clean, safe and healthy working environment and will follow all SFC health and safety policies and procedures. • Complete any additional technical or commercial duties as required by the Product Manager – Energy
