We are looking for a Service Technician and Customer Service Specialist – Orem, Utah

Our company in Orem, Utah, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to providing top-notch service to our customers. This role will involve diagnosing and repairing equipment, as well as interacting with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction. Your part in our Team

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs:
  • – Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and ensuring timely resolution.

    – Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems to restore full functionality.

    – Install and set up our products and systems according to specifications.

    – Test and verify the proper functioning of our EFOY Fuel Cells after repairs or installations.

    – Coordinate with other service centers and the HQ for data exchange to optimize service and customer experience.

  • Provide technical support and customer service:
  • – Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.

    – Offer guidance and instructions to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products.

    – Identify and address customer concerns or complaints, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

    – Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with customers.

    What you should bring along:

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as necessary.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certification or degree in a related field, customer service experience is a plus
  • Experience with preparing quotations and with ERP Systems.
  • Familiarity with energy or related industries.
