We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Calgary

Reporting to the Managing Director, a successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and ensure smooth operations within the sales department.

  • What We Expect?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator or similar role in a technology or distribution organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
  • Track and manage sales leads, including distribution, follow-up, and status updates.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
  • Develop and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Salesforce certification(s) and experience working in a B2B sales environment will be an asset.
