A Sales & Executive Assistant is a versatile position that combines responsibilities from both sales support and executive administration. The role requires an individual who can seamlessly manage executive schedules, coordinate high-level administrative functions, and support the sales leadership team in driving the organization’s sales efforts. The assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both executive activities. Reporting to the Managing Director, a successful candidate will possess the following skills:

-Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and provide logistical support for sales leadership and executive personnel.
-Take meeting minutes for internal sales meetings and leadership discussions.
-Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other materials for meetings with internal teams or clients.
-Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce systems or other sales tools.
-Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
-Assist with managing the sales and marketing budgets and ensuring expenses are tracked.
-Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce systems or other sales tools.
-Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards or reports for sales leadership and other stakeholders.
-Help coordinate events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
-Tradeshow contracts and compliance coordination.
-Inventory management of demo material in coordination with product management & marketing.
